Joy Line constructs and delivers your personally selected home— custom built to your chosen floorplan with all selected design elements. The homes themselves are sold complete and “move-in ready” as a package. We also cover the HCD permitting for the home specifically.
Your local general contractor and/or site planner prepares your lot: designs the site plan, pulls lot development permits, creates utility connections, and builds the foundation. Upon home delivery, they install the home sections onto the prepared foundation and finish any exterior site work. We provide elevations and plans as needed to ensure a smooth development process from start to finish.
We build the home while your contractor prepares your lot. The simultaneous nature of this construction method ensures a faster build to meet at the finish life faster!
Absolutely! Joy Line homes are built to meet the strict guidelines of Federal (HUD) and IRC building codes and regulations, which include or supersede local build requirements. Joy Line homes are as structurally sound --if not more than-- conventional stick-built homes. This is due to strict federal building requirements and the quality of craftsmanship our homes need to travel down the road. They must withstand road bumps and winds up to 55mph in order to get to their permanent destinations. That's the equivalent of our homes withstanding an earthquake while in the middle of a hurricane!
